Business Summit Report: Forum

Finally, I went to the forum presented by Nolan D. Archibald. His sense of humor was great; I wasn't really expecting it. A lot of the business-minded people I know have subdued senses of humor. I especially loved the final picture he showed of him making the cover of a magazine. His six steps--Believe in your potential, focus, develop a plan, work hard and be persistent, luck, and keeping priorities right--will help me regardless of what it is I end up doing. He had some very helpful information, though I must admit he lost some of my interest when he started to focus solely on what he'd done to turn around the various companies he'd been in charge of. Still, it was quite informative, and I enjoyed the Business Summit this semester.
