I attended one of the breakout sessions conducted by Sister Nicole Forsgren Velasquez. Her presentation was entitled "Succeeding in Information Systems" and was replete with helpful information. I learned I really need to network more if I plan to get a job in something I love, and I also learned how important it is to gauge my own capabilities honestly, regardless of what I eventually find a career in. I feel as though I'm more qualified for positions I didn't think I'd qualify for now that I've attended her presentation.
