The question of the most interest to me was "What makes a good employee?" The skills each of the panelists mentioned highly sought-after by employers should help me in the future while trying to find a job in the IT field. As I'm not a CIT major, I'll have to emphasize some of my skills learned in my field of study--English. Communication is very important to employers, as is knowledge and strong opinions. The emphasis placed on integrity is great; I hope to be an employee brimming with integrity.
